1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services offered through Tarot by Reem (https://tarotbyreem.amravo.com/). By booking a tarot reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Nature of the service

Tarot readings are provided for personal guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not guaranteed predictions of the future and should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. All decisions and actions taken following a reading remain your own responsibility.

3. Booking and payment

Bookings are confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received. All package prices are displayed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made through the available payment methods provided at the time of booking.

4. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. One rescheduling request is permitted free of charge. Requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be considered at the discretion of Tarot by Reem.

5. Cancellations and refunds

All payments made for Tarot by Reem services are final and non-refundable. Once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been received, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed appointments, late cancellations, or unused services.

If Tarot by Reem is unable to provide a scheduled session, the client may be offered the option to reschedule the appointment to another available date and time. Any rescheduling will be subject to availability and the applicable rescheduling terms.

6. Lateness & Missed Appointments

Clients are expected to join their sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the scheduled appointment time. Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement session.

7. Your conduct

All sessions are expected to be conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Tarot by Reem reserves the right to end a session in such circumstances without any refund or replacement session.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important. Personal information shared during bookings and sessions will be handled with care in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sessions will not be recorded or shared without prior consent, except where disclosure is required by law.

9. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, images, logos, branding, and other materials, is the property of Tarot by Reem unless otherwise stated. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tarot readings are intended to provide personal insights and encourage self-reflection. Tarot by Reem makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of interpretations or specific outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tarot by Reem is not responsible for decisions, actions, or losses arising from the use of its services.
